Art Metaphor

Becoming an efficient educator is an eternal growing process.  

 Just as a flower is continually growing new petals, educators should be continually growing new ideas for teaching.

Just as flowers adapt and lean towards the light to maximize their nutrients, we as educators need to be flexible and adapt to what is needed from us.  Our classrooms will be filled with a variety of cultures and backgrounds and it is our duty to be the common thread that weaves throughout them all in order to reach every student.
